AMERICAN CREAM ALE

An ale version of the American lager style.  Clean, light and simple to brew.  Faint malt notes with a hint of corn-like presence.  An easy drinker.

American Amber

This American version of an amber ale is rich in taste balanced by an excellent blend of Willamette hops for a great aftertaste and mouthfeel. 

American Light A light ale with a super smooth flavor.  This beer goes down easy, perfect on a hot summer day.

American Pale Ale

This recipe is designed after the most popular micro pale ales.  Good body, golden color and plenty of hops.

Bock

A dark, moderately strong malty lager.  Our Bock uses Munich malt extracts and darker specialty grains for color adjustment.  This kit includes a lager yeast that will also perform well if fermented at ale temperatures.

English Brown Ale Packed with flavor, this medium-bodied brew has a malty character surrounded by a nutty aroma with crystal malts providing good balance.

English Pale Ale

A classic style that will produce slight caramel flavors, golden to deep amber color with a crisp hop finish.

German Alt A favorite from Germany, an amber colored brew with a nice malty character, lightly hopped for true German beer flavor.

IPA

Big, bold and beautiful.  Plenty of crystal and victory malt flavors, topped with tons of hops. 

Irish Stout An Irish style dark ale with full body and flavor, with added malto dextrin you will get a creamy head of foam.  Dark malts and grains provide for a huge taste. 

Milk Stout
Bold and black, yet sweet and subtle. This recipe off ers
all of the chocolate and roasted notes that you would
expect from a stout. Additions of Lactose and Maltodextrin
produce a full body, thick, creamy head , and sweet finish.

Munich Helles

A light-colored German lager with malty profile.  Slightly sweet with just enough bittering hops to balance the malt.  This kit includes a lager yeast that will also perform well if fermented at ale temperatures.

Oktoberfest Golden color with a nice blend of light malt extract and crystal grains, medium-bodied, finishing with the Hallertau hop flavor.

Red Ale A medium-bodied brew with a nice red hue.  This recipe is as smooth as it gets.  Nice balance of crystal malts and a touch of dark grain.

Robust Porter A great dark ale combining crystal and chocolate malts for a great tasting brew full of flavor and body.

Scottish Ale A Scottish Ale full of caramel malts, both in the extract and specialty grains.  Chocolate malt, roasted barley and a touch of smoked malt bring this full-bodied, malty ale to completion. 

Smoked Porter Dark brown in color, this rich full bodied Porter is smooth, with chocolate and coffee-like overtones. The smoked malt imparts a complex, pleasant aroma and flavor with a balanced and subtle hop finish.  

Vienna Lager Munich, Vienna and caramel malts combine to provide a rich malt aroma.  When lagered this beer will finish clean and dry with no fruity esters.  Vienna Lager is moderately hopped. This kit includes a lager yeast that will also perform well if fermented at ale temperatures.

Weizen Wheat malt and Hallertau hops make this recipe a summertime delight that is very easy to drink.  Light body with a smooth aftertaste.

Whisky Barrel Stout
Specially selected dark malt extracts and specialty
grains combine to release a delightful bouquet of chocolate
and roast. We have included a package of genuine
whisky barrel oak chips to impart fl avors of oak and
whisky.

Baltic Porter

This beer has a complex malty flavor profile containing prune, toffee and nutty notes with a hint of roast in the background. Due to its high gravity, a subtle alcohol flavor comes through. A full-bodied, smooth beer that benefits from cellar aging.

Holiday Ale 
This full-bodied amber beer has a rich, malty character that is flavored with orange peel, cinnamon and other spices.  It is a complex winter brew balanced with high alpha-acid hops.  At 7 - 8% this strong ale will be sure to warm you throughout the festive holiday season. 

Imperial Blonde This recipe produces a malty, high gravity, full-bodied version of this easy drinking, well-rounded beer style. Golden in color, Imperial Blonde Ale uses the lightest malt extract available and a unique balance of domestic and imported hops. A great recipe if you like big blondes! 7-8% ABV.

Imperial Pale This beer style has been perfected on the West Coast and we are proud to create an extract version for the omebrewer. This beer is very big, very hoppy
and somewhat arrogant. Use your homebrewing
skills to make the most of this recipe! 8-8.5% ABV.

Imperial Nut Brown- A rich, complex high-gravity specialty ale. It’s a fullbodied
brew with plenty of hop character to balance this Imperial-style Brown Ale. The slight caramel and
chocolate fl avors are followed by a nutty aftertaste.
Includes premium Safale S-04 yeast. 6.75%-7.75 ABV.

India Black Ale

This American Style India Black Ale, also known as Cascadian Dark Ale, balances moderate roast character with medium-high hop bitterness. Briess Special Dark extract, Victory® and 80L malt provide a moderate degree of caramel malt character. The medium-high hop bitterness is balanced by bold hop flavor and aroma courtesy of ZYTHOS™. This one-of-a-kind premium hop is specifically blended for the exceptional hop flavor and aroma that you expect in American Style IPAs.  ZYTHOS’s™ distinct tropical citrus and slight pine characteristics complement the roasted malt flavor and aroma of this India Black Ale.

 

Oatmeal Stout

This seasonal ale is medium-full bodied, rich and toasty in flavor.  Victory malt combines with the flaked brewers oatmeal to offer a nutty yet silky character.  Dark chocolate barley adds an impression of roasted coffee.  2-row malt is included to aid in converting the oat's starches into fermentable sugars.  The selected yeast will yield a fermentation that leaves a slightly sweet character.

 

English Bitter

In keeping with this traditional style of pale ale, Coopers English Bitter is a brown copper color with red hues and a creamy head. It displays a pleasing floral aroma with a blend of toasty/sweet malt flavors finishing with a firm bitter finish. It may be served slightly less chilled, if desired. We recommend mixing this product with 500g of Coopers Light Dry Malt.
