Fruit/Grape Wine Base & Purees
Vintner’s Harvest. These 96 oz tins of Vintner's Harvest Fruit Wine Base provide enough fruit in their own juices for 5 gallons of wine. Two recipes are included, a 3 gallon and a 5 gallon. Use the 3 gallon recipe to make a fuller flavored wine or double it to make a 6 gallon batch. Use the 5 gallon recipe for a standard fruit wine. A straining bag is recommended for most wine bases. |
